Shipping Policy

When will it be shipped?

We will verify and process your order within 48 hours. Please allow us 3 days to prepare your order and ship it. After shipping, upload the tracking number and notify us by email. However, the delivery time depends on the local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control.


Delivery time

Usually, it takes 5-15 working days to receive the package. If your order has not been delivered, please use your unique tracking number to track your order.
Delivery time is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During holidays and promotional seasons, there may be unforeseen delays that we cannot control.


Freight calculation

This website offers free shipping on all orders and no shipping service fees will be charged at checkout.

Which transportation company will deliver the package?

All orders will be delivered by a third-party logistics company after the order is successfully placed.

For most orders, they will be shipped by DHL, FedEx and other international logistics companies.


Order Tracking

After shipment, we will provide order tracking information, and users can check the latest logistics status through the logistics company website or our order management page.

If the package is lost during transportation, we will provide a refund or re-shipment after verification.

If the user does not receive the order within the expected time, please contact our customer service team in time.


Lost Package

If the package is shown as lost in the logistics system, the user needs to contact our customer service team and provide the order information and relevant courier information.

We will provide users with the following compensation plans after verification with the logistics company:

Re-shipment: If the product is still in stock, we will re-ship it free of charge.

Refund: If the product is sold out or the user does not want to re-ship, we will refund the full amount after verification.

We are not responsible for the loss caused by the user providing an incorrect address or failing to pick up the package in time, and the user is responsible for the relevant expenses.


Shipping Delays

We will do our best to ensure that the order is delivered on time, but uncontrollable factors (such as bad weather, customs delays, etc.) may cause shipping delays, and we are not responsible for this.


Additional Notices for Shipping

It is the customer's responsibility to help successfully deliver the order. In the following cases, the package will be returned to the shipping company warehouse:

- Once we receive any notification from the shipping company that the delivery address or phone number is incorrect, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. However, if the customer does not respond to our inquiry in time, it will result in a failed package delivery. The customer may need to bear the additional cost of redelivery.

- After the customer receives the product, if it is not related to the product quality issue and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost.
